The staff was really friendly and helpful . The location is quite central. It is close to many cafes and restaurants so it was really convenient. The bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated a clean room upon arrival.
The street noise was noticeable at night. It slightly impacted my sleep. Perhaps better soundproofing could address this

Ricardo was very friendly and gave many tips. These tips helped me maximize my stay. I could also keep my luggage in the storage room. The trip to the airport took only twenty-five minutes.

The hotel is situated on a back street but remains close to the city center. The area maintains a calm atmosphere. The room was super clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Wi-Fi connection was stable .

poor soundproofing
it barely fit one person with luggage. also, the soundproofing was poor. i could hear everything happening in the hallway at night. the bed wasn't very comfortable either.

wall mold
i was on the third floor, and it started early every morning. when i complained, the staff didn't seem to care. I just got a shrug. also, i found some mold on the wall. It took them three days to move me to a different room. for what i paid, i expected better!!!

I had a really great time at this place. the staff was always available and happy to help with directions and recommendations (i really needed that). there was a fantastic pizza place close by, just a few doors down. a nice cafe on the opposite side of the street. I had great breakfasts there. the room was cleaned daily and it had everything i needed.
one of them could barely fit one person. It was a squeeze with luggage.

The double room i stayed in was spacious and modern, located in a calm street. I liked that detail. the room includes air conditioning for temperature control. the beds are quite good. I slept well. there was daily cleaning.

Fantastic Stay with Really good Staff!

The staff were MARVELOUS!!! They gave me a detailed map with areas to visit upon my arrival. The location is great. Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. I easily accessed the main avenue going to the station from here.
The shower setup in my room was a little odd. It had a bathtub spout without a tub, so the water sprayed onto the floor. This made showering a bit awkward and required some careful maneuvering.
